Privacy Policy

Privacy information for Dịch Giọng Nói covering microphone access, OCR, translation text, browser/session data, caching, technical logs and contact forms.

No app requiredNo account requiredConversation history is not automatically stored on the website

1. Overview

This policy explains how the website handles microphone access, recognized text, translation requests, temporary session state, technical logs and information you deliberately submit through the contact form.

2. Microphone and speech recognition

The website requests microphone permission only when you use a voice feature. Speech recognition availability and processing depend on the browser, operating system and speech service provided by your environment. Denying microphone permission does not prevent you from using typed translation.

3. Translation text and provider

Text that you ask to translate can be sent through this website's server to the configured translation provider. Do not submit secrets or highly sensitive information unless you understand the processing path and consider it appropriate.

The current public translation provider label is Smart Router (hiện dùng MyMemory vì chưa cấu hình API riêng).

4. Session and recovery data

The core website does not automatically save conversation history to its database. Some recovery or recent-pair features may use browser storage for the current tab or device when that feature is enabled. Clearing browser storage removes that local state.

5. Technical logs and security

Hosting, WordPress and security layers may keep ordinary technical logs such as request time, error information and network identifiers for reliability, abuse prevention and troubleshooting. Retention depends on the hosting and operational configuration.

6. Contact form

If you contact the website, the name, email address, topic and message you submit are sent to the site administrator so they can respond. The theme does not create a separate database table to archive contact messages.

7. Cookies, analytics and third parties

WordPress, analytics, security or other administrator-enabled services may add their own storage or processing. Their presence depends on the live site's configuration and should be reviewed by the site operator before public launch.

8. Your choices

You can deny microphone access, use typed input, clear browser storage and choose not to send the contact form. Browser privacy controls may provide additional ways to remove site permissions and local data.
